Taz and Frankie are The Lake of the Ozarks' new "Real Rock" Duo. Having relocated to "The Lake" in Feb. of 2010, they have caused quite a scene since their arrival with high-energy entertaining shows in some of the area's premiere nightclubs! Having spent the previous 4.5 years in Branson honing their performance skills in various full-time shows, and many clubs around the area, Taz and Frankie are now like a well-polished machine groovin' through a wide variety of music that is sure to please almost any audience. Taz and Frankie have toured extensively in the U.S., and even China recently, and have played shows with multi-platinum international recording artist Bertie Higgins (Key Largo, Casablanca, Day Off). Taz and Frankie are ready to take 2011 by storm with the release of 2 new original albums, movie projects, t.v. and video projects, and much much more...

CUZ I SAID SO is primarily a pop/punk/rock band from the Lake area. We are encouraging a new genre of music to our local and tourist friends who are looking for an up tempo alternative to the classic/rock, blues scene at the lake(not that there's anything wrong with that!) Don't worry, we have stuff for everybody, and most people stay for the whole show.

A veteran singer/songwriter MacNaughton blends flawlessly his well crafted original material with heartfelt renditions of covers ranging from Classic Rock ( Eric Clapton, The Beatles, Grateful Dead ) to Reggae ( Bob Marley, Toots and the Maytalls, Michael Franti) , from Jam Bands (Phish, Widespread Panic,Jack Johnson) to the Blues ( BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, James Brown) and to the bone versions of Johnny Cash classics.
Performing over 200 shows per year for much of the past two decades MacNaughton has opened shows for some of the biggest names in the business including Little Feat,North Mississippi Allstars, The Radiators, Joan Osbourne, LeftOver Salmon, Eric Burden and the Animals, and the Gin Blossoms.
Having been around the block a few times there has been no shotage of subject matter for MacNaughton's songwriting forum.With five cd's already in the vault MacNaughton will return to the studio in the spring of 2010 to break ground on a new project in association with the Cool Music Network lable.

Mac Macdonald: Founding Member of "Bird and Macdonald", whose singles include, "The Candy Rapper" and "The Burger Wrap", Mac has opened for George Straight, Exile, Jack Mack and the Heart Attack, and Dr. Hook.Mac has also appeared on shows with radio personalities like Dr. Demento, Dave Pratt, and Shotgun Tom Kelly. Mac also appeared on a comedy special with Redd Foxx in 80's comedy duo; Bird and Macdonald.
