| About the Band: Jewel Carter, known to many as “JC†was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, where he grew up for the love of music. Both of his parents were very gifted singers in the church, which it was only inevitable that he too would have this love for music. He was exposed to different styles of music and many different types of musical instruments. At an early age, JC’s older brothers and sisters played many instruments in school and church, which exposed and taught him how to play particular instruments. He decided to take it to another level. By pursuing the gift of music, JC has evolved into a phenomenal and creative artist. JC, at that point, knew the music industry was his true professional calling and would be very prosperous at doing just that. Without the knowledge, the love, and respect of music, failure could have prevailed at any given moment. JC has proven above and beyond to be an outstanding drummer, bassist, vocalist, writer, composer, arranger, and producer. |
