 About:
Join us Every Wednesday as we explore the Ozark Backwoods at Mother Nature's Riverfront Retreat. We will begin the day hiking the trails and exploring nature, as the sun fills the sky we will make our way down to the riverside where we launch for a 3 mile float trip. Along the way we will observe nature, swim off the gravel bars, and have some fun in the sun! Don't forget the campfire lunch! Learn about conservation, and get grounded out in nature!
This Adventure is designed for people to come together and build lifelong connections with nature. Groups of all ages will enjoy these experiences! This is a Beginner Level Adventure Program (BLAP) with no prior outdoor experience required. children 3 and under are considered infants and may participate in activities with their parent(s) as appropriate.

Summer Pass Options:
➣ Single Day Passes: $60 per person
➣ Summer Passes (12 sessions): $660 per person

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Inclusions:
We have everything you need for the perfect day hiking the backwoods, including a packed bag filled with the necessities, such as: field guides, snack assortment, fresh bottled water, and a few other goodies.

Packing Recommendations:
All of our Ready-Made tours include all the necessities for a great day in nature. However, some things are simply preference. Here is a packing list of items you will need for all of our adventures.
Comfortable clothing appropriate for your tour:
➤ Hiking (spring/fall) - Jeans or khakis, long sleeve shirt, and jacket
➤ Hiking (summer) - Lightweight long sleeves and pants
➤ River & Swimming - River appropriate shoes, swimsuit, coverup, change of clothing per personal preference
Personal Care items:
Ozark Backwoods Tours keeps a selection on hand. However, we recommend you bring your favorites. Keep in mind to avoid sweet scents and to stick with brands that are eco approved personal care items.
Examples of personal items include:
➤ Medications you may need (i.e. allergy medications)
➤ Eco approved sunscreen
➤ Eco approved bug spray
➤ Beach blanket (based on tour type, one will be provided or bring your own)
➤ Towels (based on tour type, one will be provided or bring your own)
Additional Information:
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Bookings available for a minimum of 2
• Youths must be accompanied by an adult
• Tours are held in all weather conditions. In such cases when needed, ponchos will be provided
• In the event of a severe storm, we will offer you an alternate tour option, or date, or issue a full refund (minus any taxes and fees) via OBW Gift Certificate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do not recommend our tours for those with serious health conditions. We do offer many accommodating options though our Tailor-Made Tour option. Our tours are normally a minimum of an hour drive to the nearest hospital.
