Alderwood Making A Mark On The Local Music Scene
Spawning from 70 years of combined music and members of two
outstanding local area bands has brought major attention to an East
Central Missouri band making a mark on the local music scene.
Alderwood has been performing in the East Central Missouri music scene
for more than two years. The band began when former drummer of the
Spirit Canyon Band, Justin Bizzle, and former Canyon bassist, Mark Hilse,
got together with former members of Aftershock, Corey Schneider, lead
vocals/rhythm guitar and Dave DeClue, lead guitar and vocals, for a jam
session. The outcome of this jam session brought Alderwood to the local
music scene.
Our 58 acre resort features lakefront rental units, two restaurants, three bars, an RV park and campground, two waterslides, 38 covered boat slips, fuel dock, gift shop and a boat ramp.
