Knock Kneed Sally is a highly requested touring band , home based in the Kansas City area . A bluesy mix of original Blues and Americana tunes that continue to have an ever growing following between the mountain ranges in the US. Voted the “Best Blues Band†in Kansas in 2010 and winner of KC Intern ational Blues Challenge in 2012, h aving opened for Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials, Jimmy Thac kery, Sugar Blue, Tinsley Ellis , etc. as well as headlining their own festivals and shows. P laying 200+ sho ws a year has created a tight, hard groove that audienc es love and come back for again and again. Knock Kneed Sally continues to expand her festival reach across the country, playing Kansas, Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois and as far as Las Vegas and Boston. 2015 promises to be an amazing year for the band as they are riding the momentum of their 3rd CD, “ Gimm e Some Bis cuitâ€.
